About Rebuild Valuation

Rebuild Valuation is a property rebuild cost assessment service provided to Insurance Brokers so they can reduce the risk of underinsurance.  

According to the Average Clause, if the property is  underinsured, the policyholder will only get paid a fraction of the actual rebuild cost, when they file a claim.
