About Trevor Kelly

Trevor Kelly is a Chartered Building Surveyor, working as a Public Loss Assessor, Value at Risk Consultant and Property Claims Expert.

In his 20+ year career he has successfully handled thousands of private and business insurance claims related to fire damage, water damage, storm damage, flood, subsidence, burglary, and many other perils. He has also been called to provide expertise in various insurance claim disputes.

Trevor continuously upgrades his knowledge of the latest construction methods and the insurance risks and is an active member of the following associations:

  • RICS – Chartered Building Surveyor
  • SCSI – Registered & Chartered Building Surveyor
  • Member of the Insurance Institute of Ireland
